Excellent customer service in the photo lab. The store is located in the downtown core. So expect to see some characters lingering out front the ofd time. This store always seems busy but the lines are quick.

It was very difficult to get passport photos taken. The staff had a very disgruntled attitude and left me with the draft photos for 10 minutes until I got someone to call her back. After she processed the photos, she left immediately before I could thank her (though I did on the way out).

Unfortunately, she didn't warn me that I'm not supposed to smile in a passport photo.

So, after finding out, I sighed and went back the next day. None of the staff could help me take another photo because the machines were down. They suggested calling the next day.

The day after, it took two tries to get someone on the phone. First time, not sure what happened. I got disconnected or they put me on hold too long and hung up. Second time, I was able to talk to someone who sounded like a manager who asked me to come in.

I paid my 3rd visit. I was able to talk to her directly. She was very friendly and gave me a refund for the photos ($16.99) and let me keep the photos after I tried to return them.

I will chalk up the first day to a busy shift and a hot day. The 2nd star is for the friendly manager who let me get a refund.

At CVS a couple of blocks away, I was able to get this process done very quickly and efficiently for the same price ($16.99). Probably took 15 minutes in total despite the lines at the checkout.

I'd highly recommend going to the CVS for anything involving a service. Walgreens is fine if you simply need to pick up an item or go to the pharmacy.

I been going to Walgreens for about 16 years, they never disappoint me their pharmacy is very professional, and on point. The rest the this store is great too. They have everything from groceries to whiskey. Great parking and handicapped assistance. Their hours are 7 days a week. Try them out.
