Terrible photos. We flip homes for a living and these are the worst people we have ever hired. They took photos with the blinds close, they didn't bother to turn on the lights for the closet pictures, and the photos were really low quality with poor lighting and filtering. We will never work with these people again. Our business and timelines are too important for these things to happen.

US Home Photo is very professional. They were able to accommodate my immediate need for same day service...very accommodating. The photographer arrived earlier than expected and did a wonderful job. Love the pictures and great suggestion on the drone pictures to capture the entire house and lot. Great customer service!

I wasn't able to book my normal photographer so I decided to take a chance with US PHOTOS. We had a difference in opinion upon some photography, so I decided to cancel. The management was very understanding and listened and addressed my concerns both with me and internally. As a small business owner myself, I truly appreciate the level the company took to become better for the next time. This to me deserves a 5 star review. Keep up the good work guys !

Nicole, my photographer, was punctual, professional, and she took some really great photos of my home. The customer service of USHomePhoto was great. Prompt and courteous! I highly recommend using them.

Where do I begin? This company has absolutely zero customer service, and they’re extremely unorganized. They sent me an offer email stating $30 off our very first shoot with them, okay cool. I decided to check them out and went online to schedule, upon trying to schedule their website did not work correctly, I called the 844 number and the young lady said “well it works for me so....” I was flabbergasted. What professional responds that way? When I made it clear a second time that I was having an issue she just said “Well I don’t know why it doesn’t work, it should work because it’s working for me.” I hung up. I finally figured out how to get it to do what I needed, I sent an “Appointment request” and waited to hear back from them. I checked both my regular email and my spam and was never contacted again. I decided oh well, I guess I’ll book with someone else. I booked an alternate photographer and on the day of my shoot THEY SHOW UP. Mind you I never sent a specific time so they just dropped in when they were good and ready. I sent their photographer away as I didn’t need them and the seller mentioned to me that they were making them very uncomfortable, after being asked to leave the young man hung around and made comments to the alternate company stating “I guess you won.” The seller was extremely upset and uncomfortable. They lost a great client, my office has over 350 agents. What a shame.

Our photographer arrived on time and was very friendly,polite and professional. The duplex he was hired to shoot was empty so that’s an additional challenge. The photos turned out fabulous and I would hire him again for my future clients.

No respect for your timeline. spoke with someone at ushomephoto by phone and expressed my need for real estate photography on my upcoming listing. I was told I would get a call back and service set up. No one from ushomephoto ever called me back to move forward. I had to vet another photography company. timeline. Set me back.

UsHomePhoto has not provided me with drone photos that have been paid for and were included in the scope of work. I have called and left messages for Gregory numerous times and he will not call me back. They did provide great photos of our home, but the job quoted included drone photos. They have received payment and now refuse to communicate with me. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend their services.
