Good staff and service . For local visit guided very well. Rooms are cleaned properly. Hot water arrangement should be available. Breakfast is average. Suggesting to add some more varieties in breakfast. Overall experience is good . Met owners personally and they are very polite and down to earth with customers.

This is a good hotel to stay. Very near to the Nagpur Railway Station. Rooms are good and clean. Just need improvement in the room service. The staff looks a bit unprofessional and untrained. The restuarant area is shabby. Can improve that area. They should concentrate on the restaurant area and its ambience.

Me and my wife were travelling to Nagpur, Booked for 2 nights. Based on following points we would like to recommend this property.
1. Cooperative Staff:

Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our experience.

Room services are not that good because we ordered tea and it came approx 40 mins after ordering... The stay was good but they needed to improve their room services... Morning breakfast is good ?
