First off, let me just give a big THANK YOU to travel visa pro for assisting me in acquiring passports for my family and I. I had the pleasure of working with Karen Calvo. She was with me through every step of the process and made it so much easier to complete. She was professional, always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, communicated with me daily about each step, and was very diligent throughout this experience. This is my first time going through a third-party agency for a passport & I am so happy I did. Thank you again Karen! And if you’re still wondering where to go for your passport/visa needs, Travel Visa Pro is the way to go.

Their form to fill in was not easy to use and did not appear to be very professional, ie you could delete questions accidently and if things were not applicable, and you stated in a previous question it was not applicable, you still had to fill in a response to get to the next questions, it would not allow you to bypass the question and move to the next appropriate question etc.. They did not provide templates to help with documentation i.e., letters for the invite, and examples for requested letters about job history that they required. I also felt that they were not clear on their charges and tried to over charge for things, they did remove them when I pointed it out. I did get my visa intime so they clearly knew what information they needed to get, but I think for the money you pay, it should have been better.

Travel Visa Pro is an excellent agency for all of your travel visa needs. It is worth the pricing of their fees, because they go beyond the standard requirements for any visa & are with you every step of the way & handle the paperwork & filing for you to give you a smooth experience. I contacted Travel Visa Pro to assist me in applying for a 10 year Chinese tourist visa. I live in Florida. Arvin and Kestutis were so wonderful to work with. They guided me through the process of submitting my paperwork and mailing in my passport and other required documents to be dropped off at the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C. I had my completed Chinese tourist visa sent back to me promptly, and was kept up-to-date on all updates along the way.

We had an excellent experience with Travel Visa Pro and HIGHLY recommend them. We found out at the airport that our daughter’s passport expired too close to our return date and couldn’t board the plane for a family reunion in Europe. We reached out in a panic to TVP on a Wednesday, and their team—with Lester at the helm—helped us submit a new passport application by Wednesday afternoon, they received it on Thursday via overnight, and we had the new passport in our hands by Tuesday morning. We are still stunned by the turnaround!! Lester was very communicative throughout and helped ease our anxieties. We were so impressed by the quick turnaround—no one else had anything close to it, and the State Dept didn’t have any availability either.
