We had such an amazing experience getting our photos taken here. We had gotten all dressed up and when we came to the shop they were fully booked. I called and Corina, who is an absolute gem, was able to take us even though she ended up staying an hour past closing time. She made the experience SO fun for us, it was a great bonding moment for me and my partner. She made me feel confident and knew exactly how to have us pose. She was great at getting our dog to cooperate in the photo too. Don’t hesitate to do this!! And ask for Corina when you come in. Simply the best!! And a lifetime memory we will cherish forever ?

Our kids were so excited for this experience! We had previously visited Hot Springs and had it all planned out. We made sure to check their operating hours (unlike some other reviewers apparently) and arrived mid afternoon for our photo shoot. Both Brandy and Corina were so welcoming and helpful. They both truly made our experience a fun and special time!
We were there for almost an hour trying different outfits and accessories on and the ladies really helped ensure we all looked our best! Both my daughters had such a blast and my son and husband looked so handsome!
Please don't let the negative reviews deter you from visiting! As long as you arrive early and give yourselves and the staff plenty of time, they really do make sure you have a wonderful experience!

Corina is the best! Her energy and demeanor is so sweet. She made me feel excited about getting pics done there. She knew what attire that suited me and my husband for our western theme pics and they turned out great. Corina is a jewel!

The two ladies were very nice to my boyfriend and I, we stopped in earlier today because I am visiting from Minnesota and wanted my boyfriend to experience what I did in Wisconsin years and years ago. These photos are so fun to take!!! The one lady who got us all set up to take the photos made me feel comfortable and confident, and the lady who was taking the pics was very kind and we had some fun conversations afterward.

O man . This has to be what my wife wanted all weekend ?.The lady that was takin photos. She did a phenomenal job and really knew what she was doin and really put u in the era u wanted to be in . Very disappointed with this place!! I called prior to our family vacation to ask about coming on a Sunday. They said as long as we were there before they closed no problem. We arrived at 4:38 on a Sunday, no one was in the store and they refused to help us, the closed sign was already on the door and they said there was no way they could accommodate us. We talked for a few minutes trying to ask them if they would make an exception because we were told on the phone but they refused because they said they needed to get out of there at 5 o’clock I explained we were from Texas, and that part of our group was leaving in the morning, but they did not care and they turned us away. Again, very disappointed we had all looked very forward to doing this, and we had two children with us as well , very disappointed !!!
