So bad quality,
No choice for graduation photo
We had 100% beautiful blue sky the day.
This company made almost grey sky back ground photo for graduation one.
Plus so expensive.
Hope schools understand our problems.

Never received the pictures and this was for a pre-order from August. The students that don't pre-order get them sooner. All my mail is tracked through usps and I never received anything from them.

The apparent manipulation of the rating for this photo studio on Google reviews is evident. While it boasts a rating of over 4 stars on Google, its Yelp rating is a mere 1.6. Despite having paid more than $32 for a graduation photo shoot, I was unexpectedly charged $125 for just one digital image, and to make matters worse, this price was not subject to any editing. Is this a justifiable cost? The Yelp rating also indicates that numerous individuals are dissatisfied with the exorbitant pricing and the quality of service, resulting in the 1.6 rating. While such a low rating is typical on Yelp, it raises suspicions of manipulation when compared to the seemingly inflated Google rating. It would be prudent for Orange County schools to launch an internal investigation into their association with this particular photo studio.

This is the company that took Laguna Hills High School Senior Yearbook pictures. They were professional enough right up to the actual photo session. We bought the package in which my son would get 12 poses. I could not believe how uninterested the photographer was in how my son posed, hair looked, how he smiled, etc. Most seniors aren't going in with their parents to get pictures taken, and in this case, elementary school students get more feedback from their photographers than my son's photographer gave him.

Just as important, I ordered the CD on the website on December 18th, for some last minute Christmas pictures. I chose to pick them up from the local studio, not realizing that they were already closed for the rest of the holiday season. Yes, indeed! A photography company closed early during the holiday season. The notice of this, on their website, was in faint, yellow writing, on a light grey background, and moreover, no notice of when photos would be available was given throughout and after I spent over $300 on the CD to have pictures for Christmas. So, if you want to make a decision about best shipping options, there is no info provided to tell you when items will be delivered, even with the confirmation of your purchase.

I just upgraded to 3 stars because I had a problem with the flash drive they sent me, but I called to ask for a replacement, and they got one out to me promptly and for free. Nice follow-up in the end after a disappointing beginning.

This studio is ripping you off of your money. Aside from the sitting fee of $91 for a grad pic and or a $35 sitting fee for a yearbook pic (what school requires). You won't get any photo print or digital if you won't pay an extra $83 for one print or $175 for one digital copy. Take note ONE. I can't believe people would give more than one star for a review of this studio. Maybe they did the review before they received the final output. At first, yes, they are nice in the studio. But wait till they let you pick your images. Extra charges on top of another. What a scam. Parents and students, just pay for the $35 service fee as what the school requires. Stop there.

It was a good experience, we were in and out. Everyone was required to wear a mask, of course they don't expect you to wear one while taking photos. They gave my daughter a mirror and allowed her to fix her makeup. The gentleman taking the pics was conversational as to break to ice. Overall is was a really good experience. I rarely give 5 stars, they wld've had to give out sparkling water and hors d'oeuvres for that! Lol I definitely recommend booking them.

Great place for photos. My son missed his Senior photo day at school and I had to take him here to makeup the 📷 for his senior Yearbook. Easy to find, the service is quick and the wait time no more than 10 minutes to be called.

Absolute joke of a photo place. Congrats on covering the scam photography market. These pictures are as good as a studio mall. If my son wasn't senior, I WOULD NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM. Overpriced and terrible.
