This is the best place to get your film developed in Copenhagen! I’ve gotten countless rolls of film developed around the world, and I’ll say these are some the best scans ever. It’s priced fairly, the scans are colorful, clear, and high quality!

Note: If you’re getting the standard 5 days development option, just know it’s 5 BUSINESS days, not 5 days in general. This was something that confused me initially because the first time my scans came in 5 days, but the second time I was told it would be 5 business days. So plan for that ahead of time if you’re in a rush and chose that option. The lab was nice enough to explain to me when I called, and their customer service was great.

TLDR: This is an excellent lab for film development and scans. 10/10

I was traveling through Europe. Being from America, you know how accommodating the TSA is to hand checking your film. The same is NOT the case in Europe. It's VERY rare that airport security in most of Europe will hand check your film. That said, I had about 10 important rolls that I needed to get developed before I left the country. When I was in Copenhagen, I found Silver Lab. I sent them an email and Andreas could not have been kinder and more helpful. He accommodated my needs after closing hours, developed my film, and mailed everything back to me in California without any problems along the way.

Pricing is reasonable. I received high res scans for a bit cheaper than I would in Los Angeles and the resolution and files from Silver Lab were greater and larger than what I would receive here.

Can't wait to go back and use their darkroom one day.

The finest establishment. Great people with incredible knowledge, commitment to high standards of quality and over the top availability to assist. Appreciate all of my times visiting this lab, and it is truly the undisputed gem in northern Europe when it comes to photography services.

they do really nice, high quality work. scans are clean. and turnaround was decent. the main reason they aren't five stars is customer service was a bit loose. they seemed to have a hard time keeping track of negatives. also for some reason they don't cut and sleeve the negatives after scanning. i haven't seen this before. still I will go back to them because their work is good. oh! also there's no signage. but not too hard to find. go in the gate and look on your left down the hill towards 'the post'.

Cheap, friendly, and always happy to help is how I would describe the atmosphere at silver lab. Everyone is willing to help and give you advice when it come to anything film photography related or if you just want a quick chat.
One time I accidentally knocked on the door of silver lab when it was closed, of of the staff greeted me with a smile and let me inside even though it was closed, I apologised for my intrusion but he made it a point that he just wanted to give me a hand. I needed to pick up some developed film and he was more than happy to help.
This type of additional service really just shows the dedication and care for each and every customer regardless of if they’re negligence precluded them from checking the opening hours of the store and showing up infront of their door.
I came once, and stuck around, I suggest you do to.
10/10 no exceptions pure quality and kindness.
