When I met Diego he made me feel so comfortable about everything explaining every single detail. He was accommodating he traveled to Alabama to take video in my daughter's room so that it would be in her video since her event was being geeky in Georgia. Diego kept me calm the day of our event and even made sure I took a moment to soak it all in. The quality of his work is impecable and he gave us more than what we were expecting. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!! My wedding was November 25, 2017. I just got my pictures last night on JUNE 18. 2017 after having to beg for my things to be turned in since March 8. The contract states that the photographer has 16 weeks to turn in all of the work. I bought the "prestige package." My texts would either be ignored or he would have an excuse to why he could not meet us or that the albums were not ready yet after he had claimed everything was in his warehouse. I looked at the. package and it says ship date June 16 after he had been claiming for MONTHS that our things were sitting in his warehouse. The pictures were beautiful and he had promised us all this amazing stuff, but once we paid all the money on our wedding night he didn't even seem to care when he would turn our things into us. He said I could pick my album leather color, style, frame color, canvas texture, and all these other promises, but In the end he picked everything out and never asked what I wanted. He did not even know what was included on our package. I was missing 2 small parent albums I had to make him aware of that were on the contract. I understand he's a busy guy, but maybe he shouldn't be so busy if he can't keep up with the work.
