Shelby was truly amazing! She was patient, professional, and a great photographer! She made my maternity pictures a moment I will remember for the rest of my life. It was a beautiful experience and I am grateful so how easy and non-stressful she made this process for me. The printed photos I received came out better than I could have ever imagined!

I originally scheduled a 1:00 with JCPenney but when they called to confirm and said I only had 15 minutes session time and overage which was not an option was when I was turned off! I have two small grand boys 1 yrs & 6 months and me and my daughter. I wasn't in the mood to be rushed. Not sure why my daughter didn't suggest his place earlier being that she had pictures taken months prior but to make a very long story short, I will definitely be returning for Christmas photos with my family.. Thanks Joe!

Booked a maternity shoot here in advanced and received a confirmation email. When my husband and I arrived the gate to enter the studio was down. We saw a man behind the gate at the register and he saw us as well. We waited patiently on him to acknowledge us as we thought he may have been wrapping up some prior business. After waiting for some time I spoke to him through the gate and asked could we come in to get settled as I needed to go to the restroom before we began our session. He informed us that he did not have anyone else on his books and he had already sent his photographer home. I told him I had a booking confirmation and he then said not for here. I turned my phone around to show him and he finally walked to the gate (he did not open the gate) to see my confirmation email. He then double checks on his end and says he never received it, and his software was having issues. I informed him that we had spent money on makeup, hair, and attire as well as drove over 40 minutes to take the photographs. He then informed me that the Carolina Place mall was shutting his studio down (which could be posted so others know as well prior to booking). He offered for us to drive another 30 minutes out to North Lake to take photos there and sent a text with a coupon to purchase photos. After dealing with this and him not opening the gate to speak with us we cut our loses and went upstairs to JC Penny as I knew they had a studio as well. They were able to squeeze us in. Luckily the manager there was aware of pics and prints shutting down and empathetized with us. I hate to leave one star as I know the importance of reviews for businesses. ( I wish I could just leave the review without needing to mark stars) but I also want others to be in the know as prepping for something like this can be costly and disheartening. Luckily we were still able to capture the moment!

Great service, very professional staff and pictures turned out amazing! Nehemiah was my photographer and he did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable, well-posed and that the lighting and backdrop suited my skin and outfit well. He took his time and made sure my experience was worth while. Pictures were also edited and ready in good time I will definitely be coming back!

I had passport photo taken for an international passport with very specific guidelines. Joseph helped me with these photos making sure they are the right measurements per the requirement. And when the embassy came back saying that the photos needed to be adjusted, Joseph went above and beyond and adjusted the size and emailed a jpeg copy of the photos to me so I can send it back to the embassy. Very professional and I highly recommend Pics and Prints. I am so grateful, thank you very much!

My husband and I had our maternity pictures done here by Shelby. We had a wonderful experience. I can not be any more thankful. She was very welcoming and patient. I tried a different location and it just was not the same experience. Thank you for being part of a memorable experience. ❤ we are in love with our pictures.

My family and I booked our Christmas pictures here and it was the worst decision *Very unprofessional* I understand the holidays can be a bit intense but the service was horrible. Our appointment was at 2pm and When we arrived no one greeted us, it took 20 mins for someone to come ask us did we need help. When we finally began our shoot were rushed, no direction was given at all and it was obvious she was ready to get it over with. Directly after our shoot she told us to walk around the mall and then come back, but before we could walk out the door she said our pictures were done and to not go anywhere. She gave us a sheet of paper and told us to look on the computer to select which photos we wanted, but then began taking another family’s photo while we sat there and watched. We sat there for 45 mins our children were beginning to get restless, and after no one came to service us we just left without any holiday photos. What a waste of time.
