I used their online portal to have several photos of different sizes printed, ranging from 5x7 to 16x20 and had the prints shipped to me. I placed the order on a Saturday and they were delivered on Thursday, which is a great turnaround time. I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of these prints. The photos came out so crisp and clear. Poor customer service - they didn’t seem keen to serve me and thought I was just inquiring yet I wanted to pay for their printing services. They only got serious after seeing I wanted to pay. They wouldn’t even assist with converting between sizes given an aspect ratio. Good quality prints though.

They do really great work there, I just wish they were a little bit more personable and happier to see the customers to walk in. I didn’t even get a “hello or welcome how are you?!” when I came in on two occasions, only like a stare. I just want to feel that you are ecstatic that I chose your shop to spend money in.

I just took my four month old here to take his passport photo and we had an amazing experience. The team was super friendly and helpful. They took several photos and used props to make sure he smiled and looked great in the photo. Within a few minutes I had his photos and they even helped me make a copy of a document for the passport application. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

I've used PhotoPro for probably over 20 years now. I have been very happy with the way I've been treated and the quality of the product I've received. I can give them a $600 print order and it will be done within two days most of the time. The online ordering has been fantastic! From huge orders to tiny.
