My kids’ school used this photo company this school year for the first time. They cost more and we got less than with our previous photo company. I just received my son’s panoramic picture that I paid $25 for… it is a dark 4”x12”. Four inches high! Are you kidding me? The class wore their black matching sweatshirts, so the picture needed to be lightened. Faces are dark. Dark skin pretty much blends in with the dark sweatshirts. Blonde kids hair is dark brown. Very poor quality! So disappointed that I bought this. But, I’m so glad I didn’t waste my money on other photo packages this year.

Watch out for hidden fees they do not mention until you are next up to have your picture taken only to be charged $40 to be allowed to have it taken. "Sitting Fee" well thats something in the past 11 years that was never charged to a child. But as a senior and without notice, I guess you figure to just collect when the mist vulnerable. Paid 30 for clothes, 75 for hair just to look perfect then when they are the mist vulnerable and have no other choice, git them with a $40 fee before they can take their picture. No choice to beg borrow and plead with friends and family to send over a credit card number to pay for it. Very unprofessional outfit. Try and avoid. Bc they lied straight to my face when I told them no where in their email is it mentioned, yet I was assured it was. Upon checking, it is not mentioned. I suggest schools use a better company with higher reviews.

I ordered both of my daughters senior pictures through this company (organized by their schools). On their website, Photo House says, You'll Love Your Photos, We Guarantee It. Well, I was not happy with my daughters photos and it took me multiple emails, texts, a couple MONTHS, three visits to the store and multiple phone calls to finally get the backgrounds on their pictures changed and one daughters hair fixed. I would not recommend this company. #LOCALGUIDES
