Book at your own risk!! From our friend, the groom: "Please never use JR Photography & Media for any services as they will cancel on you two weeks before your wedding, and decline to return the $375 deposit as they are contractually obligated too. The owner of the company has not replied to a single message or payment request since August 12 after canceling on August 6 without any warning. We are extremely frustrated with the way that we have been treated and would like to ensure that this never happens to anyone else in the future. Please share this post to all friends and family so that no one has to deal with this level of unprofessionalism."

Good work
- Jeannene was quick to respond and readily available.
- She helped photoshoot my 1 bed condo to put out for rental.
- She did a really good job taking nice photos of the place that look natural and not disguised with heavy filters. These pictures were very helpful in bringing in more clientele.
- The turnaround time to get the photos was 24hrs and she delivered sooner than that.
- Cant beat the price for the pictures she gave me.

Jeannene took pictures of me and my family for vet school graduation and she was wonderful to work with! Not only did the photos turn out great, but she was very calm and reassuring and made posing for pictures a fun and stress-free experience. She was very attentitive to the weather and had lots of good plan B options when it was going to look like we were going to be rained out of our initial plan. She was so easy going and made sure I got all the shots I wanted and it was all around a great experience!

A couple of mutual friends recommended Jeannene to me. I was pretty anxious, but as soon as I met her, I felt comfortable. Jeannene is incredible! The day of my shoot I was not feeling the most confident and was crying for quite a while.
