We hired airbnb to photograph our house. It took 6 weeks to receive the photos and they were dim and overpriced.

Laura is amazing at her art! All aspects of hiring her, preparing for the shoot, doing the shoot and receiving our images from her was all so easy! And if you've ever had to deal with a photographer who was more difficult to work with, you'll understand just how amazing that is.
We had Laura take our engagement photos for us, and I was a little bit nervous, because I am NOT a photogenic person, and I was also nervous about my fiance being comfortable in front of the camera, but she gave us EXACTLY what we needed to just have fun and helped us look our very best without feeling super posed or anything like that. She's funny, she's fun, she's flexible....I could go on all day.

And afterwards she got us our edited photos BEFORE she said she would! Who even does that?! Incredible.

She was a night and day contrast to the photographer we ended up having shoot our wedding. We keep saying that it's our ONLY regret that we didn't hire Laura to take our wedding photos, because our experience with the other photographer was a complete disaster, and because Laura would have made everyone at the wedding feel so comfortable and it would have made for some amazing, happy, gorgeous photos.

Seriously. I love this woman. She is talented.

Laura did 2 newborn photography sessions and a family photo session. In an hour to two hours she took hundreds of photos, chose the 100-200 best, and edited a lot of those to professional standards (I'm a photo geek so I assessed critically and was very impressed). Laura's turn around time was one to two days in each of the three sessions we had with her, and she both sent us a cd and linked us to an online photo album. You can trust Laura to provide results that will impress anybody that views your photos for weddings, engagements, portraits, or, honestly, whatever. She was patient and flexible in our shoots, and managed to squeeze a bunch of great pictures from our screaming newborn. Like I said, I am impressed and we will keep throwing our business at her for as long as she'll have us!

This was a a two day process in the field and then we spend several days reviewing the images, getting them formatted & edited for use with printed & website layouts.
