We were excited to win what was advertised as a free photo session giveaway at Hayes Fine Art, and while the experience was memorable, there were some unexpected aspects. The photos themselves were stunning—beautifully shot and of exceptional quality. The staff was incredibly kind, making us feel at ease during the session. However, after the session, we felt significant pressure to purchase a photo package. We hadn’t anticipated how many photos would be taken, and we found it hard to stick to our budget. Though the session was advertised as free, we ended up spending far more than we had planned and are still paying off the pictures. As a military family, it was tough to justify the expense, even though the photos are truly priceless. We cherish the memories, but we wish we’d been better prepared for the cost.

Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the distance, but winning a Fairy photo session for our newborn through a Facebook contest made the journey worthwhile. The team treated us with the utmost kindness and made us feel truly valued. Despite being contest winners, there was no difference in treatment; they showered us with attention and care. Our daughter had a magical time during her session, and the resulting photographs are simply enchanting. The complimentary 8x10 print was a lovely touch. For those interested, they offer digital packages as well.The handling of our newborn was exceptional, earning them a well-deserved five-star rating. I highly recommend Hayes Fine Art for capturing precious moments with your little ones! ✨?

We had a such a wonderful experience at Melissa Hayes Photography doing the fairy experience. My girls truly felt like princesses and loved the experience. The girls that helped us were so wonderful and patient with our kids and truly made it an unforgettable experience for them. We loved the moments they captured and will be using them again in the future.

We had the best experience with our newborn photo shoot! Every person we met was incredible when handling our newborn and made us feel so special and cared for. The set up and swaddles/outfits were adorable. When choosing the pictures we wanted we had so much help and they were so patient with us. Any changes or help we needed was given with so much kindness. I can’t recommend Hayes Fine Art enough!!

Overall, the experience, setup, and communication with the staff at Hayes Fine Art was outstanding. My daughter had a lot of fun playing with the various props and Sarah Rose did a great job at gaining her attention when needed and knowing when to step out of the frame for the perfect shot. I felt thankful to have been able to witness this special event. However, we were unable to view and select a portrait that day due to a staff member being away on a pet emergency. Since we were coming from Fayetteville, I asked if the portrait could be mailed to us and was told that would be no issue. As of now, we are scheduled tomorrow for an appointment via Zoom to view the gallery and select our free portrait as winners of the online social media contest.
