Very disappointed. I absolutely love the salted caramel truffle blizzard, and I’ve ordered it frequently since it came out a few years ago. However, the one I got from this particular location was nowhere near the same quality as every single one I’ve had previously. Unless something has changed, I thought the standard is to make it with chocolate syrup mixed in, not force the customer to ask for it. As such, I was given a vanilla ice cream blizzard with a small amount of caramel mixed in. The truffles were not mixed in and only had a few right on top, and none in the rest of it. I also was not asked about size like I have been every other time I’ve ordered. Instead, I was given a size small, and at a higher price than listed on the menu as well. I will most certainly not be back.

I've stopped in numerous times here this summer and ordered a blizzard, all but one time there is two to three inches of plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom of the cup as they are not completely blended. Today, 09/29 at 4:15 I stopped in and ordered a blizzard. I began to ask the cashier to make sure the blizzard was completely stirred but was cut off with him saying :pull around: before I even completed my request. When I go to the window, there was a young, dark haired boy and I asked him if he had heard my request...no response, he just told me the total and gave a little smirk, and when I got home, found my blizzard again was not completely stirred. Now for $6.43 you would expect that the dessert is properly made, and that if a request is made, that it is at least acknowledged but nope, just a punk teenager with a smirk on his face and a poorly made blizzard. I've been going to this DQ location for years, but after recent visits and poor treatment today I won't be back.

Ordered through DoorDash and the order was randomly cancelled a few minutes later with zero explanation. If this was at the end of the night maybe I would have given them a pass but at 2:10pm you’ve got to give an explanation if you’re unable to run your restaurant and push out orders. The good thing about this being a chain though, if one drops the ball I can always order elsewhere.

The food/ ice cream is great. But when you've got someone living behind the store by the dumpsters and your employees don't care, and are very rude; plus a handicapped person who doesn't drive, but y'all refuse to open the inside of the store or walk-up ordering. Well, it makes it really hard for me to give you a better rating on service or atmosphere.

What a huge disappointment and waste of money. Ordered two blizzards, they were nothing more than melted vanilla ice cream and a few pieces of cookie dough and oreos. Inside was closed, had to use drive thru (time of visit was 1:30pm). Asked if they carried boxes of cherry dilly bars, was told yes dilly bars, no box though. After tossing the inedible, gross blizzards, tried a dilly bar (6 individual bars tossed in a disgusting smelling sack) ... dilly bar was melted. Mind you. It was only 70°, overcast, not hot and we literally had melted ice cream before even leaving the parking lot. I will never visit this location again. It is obvious Dairy Queen does nothing to rectify ongoing issues, read all reviews below, 3+ years, same problems. How they stay in business is beyond me. THIS location definitely gives Dairy Queen a BAD name!

Some staff are rude and lazy. Some don't even look like they are employed by dq. The store is always dark, and the products are just thrown together and hardly worth the money. There are, however, a few good things about the store there are 2 employees who are always nice, a little girl, and a gentleman with long hair. They are always sweet and kind.

Ordered a cake, did not get what I ordered, when trying to explain this to the guy at the window, he just got an attitude about it. First pick is what I ordered second one is what I got.

The guy at the window was polite but the ice cream was pretty bad. The blizzard tasted like it had a chemical/ machine oil taste.
