If you are looking for a super sweet treat, this is the place for you!! So many choices of specialty rolls along with being able to make your own roll! The place was clean and welcoming and the music they played was great! Definitely stop by here if you find yourself on Grand Avenue!!

I was surprised to find the cinnamon bun wasn’t great when cold, which is a first for me. Overall, the items in the store are too sugary, and that’s coming from someone who loves desserts. It would definitely help if they served the cinnamon bun warmed up, as it would be easier to enjoy. On a positive note, the customer service was good.

I originally ordered through Uber eats for delivery. They were horrible. I contacted them to let them know. The owner himself immediately contacted me. He left the comfort of his own home to get to the location. Got me new cinnamon rolls, and dropped them off to me. Wonderful customer service. And even better cinnamon rolls. I was visiting from Omaha, Nebraska. When ever I’m in Des Moines this will be on the list of places i visit. I had the peach cobbler, and Carmel Apple Pie cinnamon rolls, and the brownie with chocolate frosting. Amazing!!

Came into the store and order around 10:50 am on a Saturday and had to wait 10-15 for the standard cinnamon roll. As a first time customer, the store seemed understaffed. When I wallked to the car and looked at the product, I wasn't impressed. I'm guessing they added the icing too soon on a very warm bun.

Only a short walk from many hotels in the area, this is a great treat for now or later. The roll was nice and warm when we picked it up, and still tasted fresh when I popped it in the microwave later that day.

If you don’t know what you want, many signature creations are on display as well as seasonal offerings. Customizing is easy if you have particular tastes. The rolls are so soft, like they were taken from the oven one minute early. Nothing dry about these rolls, a plain roll would be great on its own. They do sell day old plain rolls for a discount. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are considering.

We found Cinnaholic when we were in Pigeon Forge, and now we look for one whenever we go to a new place. We were so happy to see one in Des Moines! Hands down the best cinnamon rolls ever made! My favorite is the Old Skool while Dave's is the Cookie Monster. So sweet, so rich and delicious! We can never eat the whole thing in one sitting, so we had a few bites and packaged it up for later. The service at this location was top-notch as well!
