Mike is a remarkable photographer and a remarkable professional. Getting my picture taken is no easy thing for me, and Mike made me so relaxed and comfortable. Also, he'd done so much scouting before our actual shoot--looking for good places, taking measure of shadows and sunlight, mood. I was so impressed with that, as we'd never even discussed his doing that. And throughout the process Mike was ultra-responsive, and he turned around everything really quickly. But the most important thing was, of course, the portraits themselves. They went so beyond what I might have imagined and hoped for. He really captured my best self and managed to have me appear confident and sure. What more can want from the process than that?
