I love this store! I pop in with last minute print jobs and they always do their best to help!! I had a big presentation due and my printer was on the fritz!! Jonathan stepped right up and helped me!! He fixed my print margins and did some excellent formatting!! 5 star service for sure!! Thanks!!

Although the Plant City Staples store looks a good bit older than the one we had in Brandon, it is not any longer a drive for me in Valrico than it was to the Brandon store. And the P C store seems to have what I need, & I still get credit for turning in my old ink cartridges for recycling. I was pleased to happen to go there when they had some nice luggage on special so I think I saved a fair amount on that, too! Even though they seemed to be a bit short staffed, the young man at the counter was very helpful with information on the luggage they had on sale. Only went there for only, but my old luggage was not looking very good any more, so the special price was a nice surprise!

This place is a joke. They only have a line for Amazon returns and no line to checkout. They make “their” paying patrons wait in the long Amazon return line to checkout.

A male worker today said it is the same line but there are 5-10 signs saying Amazon and nothing anywhere in the store tells you where to line up to checkout. This is horrible service and paying customers should have preference. UPS store does Amazon and services and has two lines. This will be the last time I shop at Staples and will take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same unless you want to be treated the same way.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped us make the best decision for an HP printer. She tried to show us other brands but once we stated we were HP loyal, she respected that and guided us to what we hope will be our last printer for the next 20 years.

I went to the Staples website to design a simple flyer or postcard. after spending 10 hours Going to the store twice for advice. I completed nothing. I have never been so disappointed mostly because of the website the multiple pop ups. Over and over, I couldn’t read or understand what I was Seeing. my first trip to the store to ask for advice I was helped by or greeted by an extremely flamboyant and overweight guy with green hair and green Nail polish. His attitude was his business was more important than mine. so I download the app thinking I get more done, Boy, what a big mistake
