I’ve worked with them before and they were very nice and accommodating. This time, was a different story. I asked the photographer for a specific angle in the basement which he didn’t take after I asked him before he left. And I really wanted to highlight that area for the listing. But I was willing to let it go. All the pictures came out really beautifully. So the quality of the images isn’t the issue. The issue was when I talked with Matt. The claim with this company is that there’s a 24hr turn around time. I did not receive the invoice AFTER texting him and waiting the whole day for this invoice past the 24 hr mark when I had to text him about my concerns. I asked Matt to replace one of the images and he started yelling at me because I told him I didn’t like the angle and just wanted the picture to be replaced with any other photo from the multitude of photos taken that day. I just didn’t want that angle to be posted on my listing. He said to me “you don’t have to post that picture if you don’t like it”… now why would I pay for a picture that I don’t like? Then on top of it, he didn’t address my concern about the basement shot. I gave him multiple opportunities to reduce his tone with me because I didn’t see what the big deal of replacing ONE picture. But he just kept getting loud so unfortunately I had to cancel the whole order. After every one took their time to take and prepare for the shoot. It’s unfortunate because the pictures came out nicely, but the unprofessionalism is abysmal. Fortunately for me, there are tons of great photographers to choose from in the city. I wish you the best in your business Matt, but you gotta do better.

Update: You didn’t mention that it was 34 pictures when we spoke on the phone because if you did, the conversation would have gone a completely different way.
It’s not in my character to hang up on people. No matter how upset I am I wouldn’t do that to anyone.
It was trivial matter that didn’t have to go as far as it did however, I accept your apology and I hope you use this as a learning opportunity moving forward.

Devin's photography skills are exceptional. I have had him twice the first time the home rented in 2 days and several viewers commented on how good and accurate the pictures were. I used him again for another home that has not been listed yet. Devin was very thorough and patient and came back a second time to get better views without cars parked in front of the home. Curb Appeal photography is affordable and well worth the price.
