Concept Design

Unfortunately Erika was not professional. I first contacted her because of her good reviews and she was very quickly in doing the job. When the pictures came was not at all like the ones she display in her website, very very poor quality. The brightness of some pictures can blind you when you open it. We can clearly see that no work was done in any picture. I request her to change the colors and all she sent me back were the same ones... I had to request a retake of 3 rooms since the ones she first took were not good, and she said that an extra fee needed to be charged, what I agreed. So I paid an extra $50. Guess what, she went there, did not take pictures of all the rooms, left the blinders closed in one room, and when I called her back to check what happened she said it was a miscommunication, but she would not mind going back there to do the complete job, however she needed to charge another $50 dollars. Seriously Apparently the retake is making her more money than what she offers, and she probably found a good source of extra income. We work with real estate, and we sell pictures, so if you cannot do a good job, do not work in this area!! Now I ended up paying her almost $400 and will need to hire another photographer. Very disappointed.
